With over 25 years of experience in education, I am dedicated to doing the right things for the right reasons where it comes to our young people. All efforts should start with the foundational question: "How are the children?" As a classroom teacher (and substitute), school leader, board leader and member, I saw the good, the bad, and the otherwise that holds us back from embarking on our own learning path. I believe deeply in education's ability to transform people's lives and want to help learners, families, schools, and communities do just that.
